Guy brings unique SaaS growth, product, and sales experience, from launch to $100M ARR to IPO. Prior to founding Brightback, Guy was an Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) at Matrix Partners, Autopilot COO, Zendesk Head of Online Sales, CollabNet VP & GM, and CEO/growth at Codesion (acq. by CollabNet, 2010). He has a Ph.D. in the natural sciences, and enjoys hiking, sailing, and hanging with his wife and three kids.
Shardul is a Partner at Index Venture and focuses on security, devops and enterprise software. Prior to Index, Shardul was an associate at Summit Partners. He holds a dual B.A. in Economics and Biology, with a specialization in Immunology, from the University of Chicago. He is a world traveler with a keen eye for entrepreneurs. Shardul also serves on the Boards of Datadog, Iterable, Signal Sciences and more.
Zack has helped lead software companies to billion dollar exits four times: Duo Security, Zendesk, MySQL, Active Software — generating more than $10 billion in shareholder returns. He has ran high-performing teams across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Support and Services that have delivered award-winning products.
Christoph has invested in more than 20 SaaS startups and lives and breathes SaaS, everything from “A as in AI-enhanced B2B software” to “Z as in Zendesk”. Christoph co-founded Point Nine Capital in 2011. Before that, he co-founded two Internet startups (DealPilot.com in 1997 and Pageflakes in 2005). In 2008 he became an angel investor and discovered Zendesk, Clio, FreeAgent – and his love for SaaS.
